Assume not. Because you collect the samples yourself, a kit does not carry independent chain of custody, which is what VCAT (the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal) would generally expect. If a dispute is likely, you need a certified tester to attend, and we will say so rather than sell you a kit that cannot do the job.
