Will a DIY kit result be accepted in a tenancy dispute?
Assume not. Because you collect the samples yourself, a kit does not carry independent chain of custody, which is what NCAT (the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal) would generally expect. A dispute needs a certified tester to attend, and we will say so rather than sell you a kit that cannot do the job.
Can somebody attend my property?

Which kit should I choose?
